NB – Please note that this is a 3 hour virtual event, but a break has been factored in between 10.20am – 10.40am.
The Trust are suggesting running this as a ‘meeting’ rather than a live event and, therefore, despite it being ‘online’ numbers of attendees will be capped.
This is a pilot programme and the Trust are keen to try it now and hopefully this will assist some students with UCAS forms.
So, in the first instance, please register your interest as a school with Karen.Wright@bitcni.org.uk. No requests will be taken by individual students or parents – the register of interest must come from the school.
Schools will be given a certain number of ‘meeting spaces’ at the event. Depending on how you are running bubbles etc in your school this could allow a classroom or classrooms of students to participate, rather than limiting you to a couple of students. Should we find ourselves in the situation were a school has interested students that are self-isolating, we can investigate providing access to them at home.
